In January, we opened the doors to our new Pure Living Properties office in Puente Romano, after three intense months of work and after having successfully overcome various difficulties, we can now reveal all the details of this project that is so important to us.
At Pure Living Properties we felt the need to carry out a comprehensive reform of our facilities, to make the space more functional as well as give it a more contemporary look. The main objective was to present our client with an elegant and sophisticated space that reflected our vision and way of working, as well as the essence of the properties which we work with.
To successfully carry out the project, we have counted on the collaboration of incredible professionals in the field such as INHABIT, specialists in interior design, who have perfectly captured our needs by coming up with a project of the highest quality, with excellent results.
At INHABIT architecture and interior design go hand in hand, paying particular attention to purity and cleanliness of lines, materials and volumes when it comes to proposing an idea. The principal idea of the new Pure Living Properties office, was centred on a space that conveyed professionalism and quality, with a classic but modern air which bended well with the mouldings and panelling. Without a doubt, the Inhabit team knew how to perfectly capture the idea we had in mind, presenting us with an improved proposal that encompassed all the needs we required, something really difficult to achieve within 48m2.
The final result, as presented by Pedro Ayora, Creative Director & Founding Partner of Inhabits Architec , focuses on the combination of volumes of different materials, arranged in such a way that they organise and divide the space, and that combined with a series of panelling , cornices and smoked mirrors, strategically arranged, give the office more space, thus blurring the boundaries of the premises.
Undoubtedly, one of the great challenges of the reform was to make the most of the 48m2 that our premises have, distributing the workstations in a more functional way as well as incorporating other spaces that we did not have in the old office such as: a waiting area to receive our clients, a small kitchen and bar area where we can have a coffee or snack, an independent meeting room that allows us to hold videoconferences with our clients in a more comfortable and private way.
Another of the requirements of our project was to incorporate high-quality technological elements that would allow us to show our properties in a more attractive and modern way. Thus, our meeting room has a 75-inch led screen that allows us to show the properties to our clients in high resolution, organise presentations … In each of the exterior façades of the office we have displays, designed by INABIT , made up of three interconnected screens that show potential clients our properties in a much more interactive way, by playing the spectacular and exclusive videos of our properties in an extra large size.
In addition, the entire office has an automation system that allows centralising the control of the facilities in terms of air conditioning, sound and lighting, which the Illusion team has collaborated on.
The main materials used in the project include stone, wood and glass. The floors of the office area and closets are covered with a porcelain-like beige and white veined stone. The entrances, bar area, floor, walls and ceiling of the meeting room are made of oak. The glass used across the length of the premises provides the office with great luminosity and allows us to visually connect the interior of the office, with the meeting room and the Plaza de Puente Romano.
As often happens when carrying out any project, the team of Inhabitat Architecwas forced to deal with unforeseen difficulties, such as the appearance of an unexpected pillar that forced the team to rethink the layout of the entire space the same day the air conditioning system was being installed. As Pedro Ayora mentioned to us, “these are just hazards of the trade, the important thing is to have complete control of the project and the objectives in order to avoid these hurdles as best as possible and to not distort the idea”.
From the entire Pure Living Properties team, we must thank INHABIT for their professionalism and good work, which together with their perseverance have resulted in totally professional and incredible results.
We would also like to thank Navarro and Daza for their great professionalism and experience that has undoubtedly been vital for the successful completion of this complex project.
“Thank you Ramon for contributing your great experience and providing solutions that only you could come up with”
